100 Members of Congress Ask DOJ to Say Web Access Violates Due Process

These members of Congress were elected to represent the people; all of the people, not just the ones like them. What they are asking our government to do is blatant discrimination against the disabled. The law requires that businesses be accessible to the disabled, in any way that the business opens itself up for commerce. Why should citizens be treated differently if they have, for instance, visual disabilities? Free speech is not a justification for a business to determine whose money is good enough.
